Vendor registration
Vendor registration, on a form you design yourself
Your supplier onboarding starts with your questions, not ours. Muahil's visual form builder lets a procurement team design, publish and evolve its own vendor registration form — with no code, and no way for an incomplete application to slip through.
A no-code form builder made for vendor files
Pages and fields
Organize the application into pages. Text, numbers, years, dropdowns, dates, file uploads — each field with its own validation rules, such as required.
Repeatable sections
“Owners”, “Employees”, “Completed Projects”: sections a vendor fills once per row, with a minimum and maximum you set. Exactly three years of financial statements is a fixed-size section — no add, no remove.
Conditional questions
Show and hide fields by answer. Dependent answers clear automatically — change the country and the region empties itself, whatever you named the fields.
What vendors see is exactly what gets checked
In many systems the application on screen and the rules behind it drift apart: the screen asks for ten fields, the system insists on eleven, and the vendor is stuck between them.
In Muahil that can't happen. The form you design is the form that's enforced — what a vendor sees and what Muahil accepts are always one and the same.
- A question that's hidden for a vendor is never demanded of them — and never counted against them.
- The limits you set always hold — a vendor can't submit around them.
- A field you mark must be verified carries that demand into scoring: an unverified answer is set aside rather than quietly scored zero — and the score says so.
Edit your form freely — history holds still
Every submission keeps a frozen copy of the form it was filled against. Add a question next month, rename a section, tighten a rule — nothing you change rewrites what a vendor answered under the old form.
That matters the day someone asks what, exactly, a vendor was asked in March. The answer is on file, not reconstructed from memory.
Registration is the front door — verification is the lock
A filled form tells you what a vendor claims. Attach verification flows to its fields and uploads, and Muahil checks the claims: AI reads each document, government portals confirm it, and your reviewer holds the verdict.
